Dencore acquired by PPS A/S

Dencore has been acquired by PPS A/S, a Scandinavian supplier of production, packaging, and automation solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life science industries.

The acquisition marks a new chapter for Dencore and ensures that the company’s technologies, intellectual property, and product portfolio will be further developed and supported under new ownership.

Dencore was founded in 2010 and is known for developing specialized equipment for the diagnostic, biotech, and pharmaceutical sectors, with particular expertise in aseptic filling, capping, and labeling applications.

Following the acquisition, PPS will evaluate future opportunities for the Dencore product portfolio as part of its broader commitment to serving customers within regulated industries.
